This project involves the extension and refurbishment of two existing semi-detached neighbours in Maroubra, Sydney. While the design retains most of the existing structure, the addition of concrete pergolas at the front improves thermal performance and provides covered outdoor areas across both floors, while also lending the buildings a contemporary, modern character.
