The 1700 m2 site of the members-only yacht club is located in the seaside neighborhood of Pantai Mutiara. The airy, modern design accomodates a bar and casual restaurant on the ground floor, a fine dining restaurant and entertainment rooms on the first floor and a fitness center with a 25-meter rooftop swimming pool on the second floor. The ground floor spaces open onto a dock and jetties designed to receive yachts up to 30m in length.
