Kumala House

Located in the green neighbourhood of Permata Hijau, the 3-storey building is configured to provide generous outdoor spaces to its inhabitants. The first floor kitchen, dining and living rooms open onto a large roof terrace with a swimming pool and green planters, while the bedrooms on the second floor open onto large cantilevered balconies. These balconies define the appearance of the house. They provide shading and protection from rain to the facades.
